How to add customer reviews

Boost trust by adding customer reviews to your micro-store. This guide explains how to submit reviews from your reviews app to Comet.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Social proof is one of the biggest conversion drivers, therefore we recommend to add customer reviews to your Comet micro-stores.

In addition to manually adding reviews through the Testimonials Section, you can also add product-level reviews through uploading a reviews export from from your reviews app providers.

The product reviews will appear throughout the micro-store, i.e. in the featured product card in the Video Section, in the product cards in the Collection Section, and below each Product Detail Page

Product reviews in Product Detail Page

In order to add product reviews, you need to submit a CSV/Excel file containing all product reviews. You can either manually create this file or download this file from your app provider (like judge.me, yotpo, reviews.io).

CSV export format

In general, the reviews file should include the following fields:

Mandatory Fields:

  • Reviewed At (Date)

Optional Fields:

  • Review Text

  • Verified Status

  • Images
